Human beings live in public as well as private spaces and perform specific actions within these spaces. In addition to daily activities of human needs, both spaces regulate order. While every person has a personalised sense of order in privacy, general provisions in public spaces have to be obeyed. Any deviation from regularity is perceived as displacement of the rules and the norm. Such "messy" moments in public spaces are the starting point of the research.
